Shipping policy

Majority of items that are on the website is available for purchase and are in stock. Unless otherwise noted, such as pre sale items and back orders. If an item is sold out in your size or you have another color preference please feel free to contact me and I will get it for you based on availability.

If merchandise is in stock:

  • It is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days
  • We will let you know at checkout, or by a follow-up email, if your merchandise is currently in stock or if we need to verify the availability of the items

Made-to-order merchandise: Our collections are primarily made to order, please allow 14 business days for us to process and sew your order.

Please Track your order to view your order status.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed
  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Select the Track Shipment link provided in the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information

Please note: when your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Pre sale items will be shipped upon arrival , an estimated date of arrival is listed in the title of the pre sale item. If for some reason item is not available ,back order or pending arrival you will be notified and refunded. If there are any issues or concerns, please feel free to contact us via email and we will respond as soon as possible.

Please make sure shipping address is correct.If you order was successfully shipped and you refused the item or if USPS finds the address as undeliverable or insufficient we will not issue a refund.
